Ah you caught me.. saw your post on Scott's page and I had the urge to check it out. I actually figured it would be about sports or The Giants, but I was pleasantly surprised to find otherwise. I agree with the need to increase salaries but it's not as simple as that. The talent exists it just does not stay with the MLS. Partly this is due to the lack of financial incentive and it is also due the lack of infrastructure support youth soccer.<BR/><BR/>MLS teams need to develop youth programs that provide a professional opportunity from a younger age. Besides the fact that you're a great writer--very witty and funny--I think you should do the Peace Corps. Very rewarding and a great opportunity to give back. You're still young, and I really think the experience will be irreplaceable.
